Inner Healing for Men, with Jesus at the Center
You have sat with your parts. You understand the framework. And yet there is a place in you the model alone cannot reach. That place was always meant to be met by Jesus.

Where the work stops
Parts work is good and real. It taught you to turn toward the wounded places instead of away from them. But many Christian men reach a point where they sense the model can only take them so far.
What parts work gives you
Language for the protectors, the exiles, the parts carrying old pain. Compassion instead of war with yourself. A way to slow down and pay attention to what is really there.
Where it stops
The model points you to your own Self as the source of calm and compassion. Your heart knows the true Healer has a name. The wounded parts do not need only your attention. They need the living presence of Jesus.
This is the doorway I help men walk through: meeting Jesus in the very parts that have carried the pain the longest.
Why you feel the way you do
Most men arrive carrying something they cannot fully name. They know something is off, but the usual explanations do not reach it. Here is a way of understanding what is actually happening inside you, and why the parts that hurt the most have been the hardest to reach.
True Self
This is the part with the greatest capacity to know and be known by God. For many men it has been buried for years under performance, responsibility, and the need to hold everything together. The work begins here: bringing this part back into a living relationship with Jesus.
Function
This is where most men live almost entirely. It manages your work, your decisions, and your daily load. It is essential. But when Function runs the show without any connection to the rest of you, something goes hollow. Relationships feel transactional. Prayer feels distant. You are present without being present.
Emotion
This is where unresolved pain, grief, anger, fear, and the memory of hard things live. Many men have spent a lifetime keeping this part locked away, which is understandable. The wound is real. But what is locked away does not heal on its own. It waits. This is the part Jesus most wants to reach.
Guardian
This part believes that if Function and Emotion ever truly met, the pain would be overwhelming, so it works hard to keep them apart. The Guardian is not the enemy. It has done its job faithfully. In our sessions, we honor why it has been holding the door shut, and then gently invite it to step aside.
Most men are surprised to discover that the parts of their heart they have kept most protected are the very parts Jesus most wants to reach. The Guardian kept those places safe for a reason. In this work, that reason is honored, and then gently released.
The work itself
The Inner Room
Men fear the unknown more than the work. So here is exactly what a session looks like. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is forced.
We settle, we invite Jesus into the room, and we find out what is rising in you today. No rushing, no agenda you did not bring.
Using the parts language you may already trust, we turn toward what is carrying something, with real curiosity rather than correction.
This is where the work becomes something no secular framework can replicate. We invite Jesus into the wounded place, and we wait on what He does. This is the doorway.
You are not left raw. We close with gratitude, with grounding, and with a clear sense of what you carry out of our time together.

Is this for me?
You will recognize yourself somewhere below. That recognition is enough to begin.
About Dave
I am a HeartSync practitioner of more than fifteen years, a former missionary, a worship leader, and a man who spent decades in the corporate world carrying wounds I did not yet have words for.
I know what it is to be broken and to be met by Jesus in that brokenness. That encounter changed everything. Now I give these years to walking other men toward the same.
Men in pain do not want a peer. They want a father figure, an elder who has lived it and will not flinch. I have. I will not.
Book a First ConversationWords from men
For the first time I did not just understand my pain. I felt Jesus walk right into it.
A man in ministry, name held in confidenceI had done years of parts work. Dave helped me find the One my parts had been waiting for.
A father of threeThese are placeholders. As men give you permission, replace them with their real words. Nothing builds trust with a hurting man faster than the honest words of another man who was met here.
Honest answers
No. This is spiritual healing and discipleship, not licensed therapy or clinical diagnosis. It can sit alongside the work you do with a therapist, and many men do both at once.
No. Many men arrive having read about parts work or having done it in therapy, but no background is needed. I will meet you wherever you are.
That is good, and you are welcome to keep doing both. This work invites Jesus into the inner places in a way clinical work usually does not aim to, and the two support each other well.
Sessions are one on one and online, so we can meet wherever you are in the world. Each runs about ninety minutes. We always begin with a free thirty minute conversation first.
What you bring is held with care and respect. We talk through exactly how confidentiality works in your first conversation, before you commit to anything.
The next step
Start with a free, no pressure conversation. We talk for thirty minutes. You ask your questions, I ask mine, and we both sense whether this is the right fit. There is nothing to commit to before that.
